When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note if you have placed a pre-order, your card will be charged at checkout. We will then notify you when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your payment at any time in your account section. If you do not make any changes, the payment method you selected for your first order will be used on all subsequent orders.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription right from your account page—just click on Subscriptions. If you cancel before your card is charged for the next recurring payment, then your subscription will terminate automatically and MPowder will not charge your
