Your free 30-day Wellbeing TrackerUpdated 2 hours ago

When you order one of our blends for the first time, we invite you to join our free Wellbeing Tracker and notice how you feel over 30 days. It's optional, and it takes two minutes a week. At the end you receive your own report, with a printable summary you can take to your medical doctor if you'd like to.

Before you order: please make sure your mobile number is on your order. The Wellbeing Tracker works by text message, so we can only invite you if we have your number.

The Wellbeing Tracker is offered on your first order of each blend: PERI-BOOST, MENO-BOOST, MOOD-FOOD, GUT-INSTINCT and EXTRA-MILER, for orders placed from 6 November 2026. Repeat orders and subscription renewals of the same blend don't trigger a new invitation.

How it works

1. A text from MPOWDER

Shortly after you order, you'll receive a text from the sender name "MPOWDER" with a link to tracking.mpowder.store. Our texts can't take replies, so always tap the link.

2. Tick to agree

Tap the link, read how your answers are used, and tick to agree. You need to be 18 or over to take part.

3. Your starting point

Tell us how much each area of your wellbeing is bothering you, from 1 (not at all) to 7 (extremely). It takes two minutes. Please do this straight away, ideally before your pouch arrives, so we know where you're starting from.

4. Weekly check-ins, with a read matched to you

Once a week for four weeks, we'll text you a two-minute check-in. After each one you'll receive a short read from our Lifestyle Medicine team, chosen for what's bothering you most.

5. Your day-30 report

After your final check-in, we'll text you your report. It shows each area at the start and the end, what changed, and general lifestyle ideas that may help next, approved by Dr Vera Martins, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Head of Science. It also includes a printable summary you can take to your medical doctor. Your final text offers a free one-to-one with Dr Vera Martins and her team.

Your questions

I didn't get a text

The invitation is sent on your first order of each blend placed from 6 November 2026, to the UK mobile number on your order. Please check your texts for a message from the sender name "MPOWDER". If your order qualifies and nothing has arrived, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Is this text really from you?

Yes. Our Wellbeing Tracker texts come from the sender name "MPOWDER", and the links always go to tracking.mpowder.store.

I replied to the text and nothing happened

Our texts can't receive replies, including STOP. Please tap the link in the text instead. To stop, use your private data page (see "How do I see, stop or delete my data?" below) or email [email protected].

Does it cost anything? Do I have to take part?

The Wellbeing Tracker is free and completely optional.

I've lost or deleted my check-in text

No problem. You can get back to your check-in in two ways:

  1. Wait for our reminder text. It arrives two days after each check-in text, and your next weekly text follows as normal. Missing a week never stops your tracker.
  2. Go to tracking.mpowder.store/my-data and enter the email you ordered with. We'll text you a private link. Open it, ask for your 6-digit code, enter it, then tap "Go to this week's check-in".

We text your private link and code to the mobile number on your order. If nothing arrives, please get in touch and we'll check the number we have for you.

I missed a week

Don't worry, missing a week never stops your tracker. We send a reminder text two days after each check-in text, and your next weekly text follows as normal.

When do I get my report?

Your report arrives by text after your final check-in. To create it we need your starting answers plus your answers from week 3 or week 4. If we don't have these, we'll send you a thank-you text instead.

Need your report again? Go to tracking.mpowder.store/my-data, enter the email you ordered with, open the private link we text you and enter your code. Once your report is ready, your private page shows "See your report".

Who sees my answers?

We treat your answers as health data under data protection law, and we use them only with your permission. They're seen by MPOWDER's research team, and by our Health Concierge Team only if you contact us about your Wellbeing Tracker. We never sell your answers or use them for advertising, and we delete them 24 months after your last check-in. You can read more in our privacy policy.

How do I see, stop or delete my data?

You can see, download, stop or delete your data at any time. Go to tracking.mpowder.store/my-data and enter the email you ordered with. We'll text you a private link; open it and enter the code we send to confirm it's you. Your private link works for 7 days and your code for 15 minutes.

You can also stop by emailing [email protected]. Our texts can't take replies, so replying STOP won't stop your tracker.

I stopped and want to start again

Once you stop, there's no check-in to return to. If you'd like to start again, please email [email protected] and our Health Concierge Team will help.

I bought two blends

One Wellbeing Tracker covers both blends.

Can I take part again?

Not yet. For now the Wellbeing Tracker is offered once per blend, on your first order of that blend.

I live outside the UK

For now the Wellbeing Tracker works by text to UK mobile numbers only, and there isn't an email version yet. Please get in touch and our team will help.
