Your free 30-day symptom trackerUpdated an hour ago
When you order one of our blends for the first time, we invite you to track how you feel over 30 days. It's free, it's optional, and it takes two minutes a week. At the end you receive your own report, with a printable summary to take to your medical doctor.
Before you order: please make sure your mobile number is on your order. The tracker works by text message, so we can only invite you if we have your number.
The tracker is offered on your first order of each blend: PERI-BOOST, MENO-BOOST, MOOD-FOOD, GUT-INSTINCT and EXTRA-MILER, for orders placed from 6 November 2026. Repeat orders and subscription renewals of the same blend don't trigger a new invitation.
How it works
1. A text from MPOWDER
Shortly after you order, you'll receive a text from the sender name "MPOWDER" with a link to tracking.mpowder.store.
2. Tick to agree
Tap the link, read how your scores are used, and tick to agree. You need to be 18 or over to take part.
3. Your first scores
Score each symptom from 1 (not at all) to 7 (extremely). It takes two minutes. Please do this straight away, ideally before your pouch arrives, so we know where you're starting from.
4. Weekly check-ins, with a read matched to you
Once a week for four weeks, we'll text you a two-minute check-in. After each one you'll receive a short read from our Lifestyle Medicine team, chosen for the symptoms bothering you most.
5. Your day-30 report
After your final check-in, we'll text you your report. It shows each symptom at the start and the end, what changed, and what may help next, with advice approved by Dr Vera Martins, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Head of Science. It also includes a printable summary to take to your medical doctor. Your final text offers a free one-to-one with Dr Vera Martins and her team.

I didn't get a text
The invitation is sent on your first order of each blend placed from 6 November 2026, to the UK mobile number on your order. Please check your texts for a message from the sender name "MPOWDER". If your order qualifies and nothing has arrived, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
Is this text really from you?
Yes. Our tracker texts come from the sender name "MPOWDER", and the links always go to tracking.mpowder.store.
I replied to the text and nothing happened
Our texts can't receive replies. Please tap the link in the text instead.
Does it cost anything? Do I have to take part?
The tracker is free and completely optional.
I've lost my link
Go to tracking.mpowder.store/my-data and enter the email address you used on your order. We'll text a fresh link to your mobile. Links work for 60 days.
I missed a week
Don't worry, missing a week doesn't end your tracker. We'll send you a reminder two days after a missed check-in, and you can carry on with the next week.
When do I get my report?
Your report arrives by text after your final check-in. To create it we need your first scores plus your scores from week 3 or week 4. If we don't have these, we'll send you a thank-you text instead.
Is this medical advice?
No. The tracker records how you tell us you feel. It isn't medical advice or a diagnosis. If you're worried about a symptom, please speak to your medical doctor or pharmacist.
Who sees my answers?
Your scores are health data, and we use them only with your permission. They're seen by MPOWDER's research team, and by our Health Concierge Team only if you contact us about your tracker. We never sell your scores or use them for advertising, and we delete them 24 months after your last check-in. You can read more in our privacy policy.
How do I stop or delete my data?
You can view, download, stop or delete your data at any time. Tap the "Your data" link in your welcome text or on any tracker page. We'll text you a one-time code to confirm it's you.
I bought two blends
One tracker covers both blends.
Can I track again?
Not yet. For now the tracker is offered once per blend, on your first order of that blend.
I live outside the UK
For now the tracker works by text to UK mobile numbers only, and there isn't an email version yet. Please get in touch and our team will help.
