We know you need your order fast, so if your product is already on its way to you and you're able, you have the option of refusing to accept the delivery when it arrives, otherwise you will need to return it to us which is super simple, and we will arrange a refund as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned to us. The original delivery cost is non-refundable, and if you use our prepaid returns label, £6.96 for a single pouch, or £10.08 for two or more pouches (including quarterly subscriptions), will be deducted from your refund. If you decide to part-return a subscription purchase, you will be charged the standard retail price for the units you choose to keep, rather than the discounted subscription price.
