I have a history of hormone-sensitive cancer. Can I use MPowder's Peri-Boost or Meno-Boost?Updated 22 days ago

If you have a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, it is advisable not to use our foundational powders Peri-Boost and Meno-Boost due to their higher concentrations of soya isoflavones and Red Clover extract, which both contain phytoestrogens.

However, Mood-Food, a powdered capsule targeting the cluster symptoms of mood, brain fog, and anxiety, contains ingredients with no known contraindications for hormone-sensitive cancers and may therefore be considered, unless you are undergoing cancer treatment. If you are on tamoxifen or chemotherapy, Mood Food may be contraindicated due to the presence of turmeric extract. Although the data on turmeric so far is limited and not conclusive, if undergoing treatment for breast cancer it is advisable to check with your healthcare provider before taking turmeric in the form of a supplement.
Our Gut Instinct, which is also a capsule, has no known contraindications concerning its ingredients and hormone-sensitive cancers. We advise a 2-hour break between taking any oral cancer medication and Gut-Instinct capsules. In addition, we'd still ask you to speak to your doctor first. You may like to read our Menopause and Cancer page HERE which I think you will find very informative.

If you wish to discuss your situation further, we offer complimentary video calls which can be scheduled using the link provided by our customer service.
