Unless you have received a faulty or damaged pouch, we ask you to cover the cost of returning your order to us. We will deduct the cost of your return from your total refund amount where our pre-paid label is used.

If you book a Royal Mail pick-up, this service may have an additional nominal fee (of less than £1) that will be charged to you direct, so please ensure you are happy with the cost before confirming pick up.
