Unless your pouch is faulty or damaged, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning your order. If you use our pre-paid label, a postage and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund: £6.96 for a single pouch, or £10.08 for two or more pouches (including quarterly subscription returns). There is no charge to return a faulty or damaged pouch.

If you book a Royal Mail pick-up, this service may have an additional nominal fee (of less than £1) that will be charged to you direct, so please ensure you are happy with the cost before confirming pick up.
