Christmas opening hours and delivery

Our team is taking a short break over the festive period. Here's what that means for your order.

• Order by 1pm on Wednesday 16 December for standard UK delivery before Christmas.
• Express delivery is paused from Thursday 17 December and returns on Monday 4 January.
• We dispatch as normal until Tuesday 22 December. Orders placed after 16 December will still be sent out promptly, but we can't guarantee they'll arrive before Christmas.
• We're closed from Wednesday 23 December to Sunday 3 January. You can still order on our website as usual. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched in the order they were received when we reopen on Monday 4 January, so please allow a little extra time for delivery.
• Customer care: messages sent while we're closed will be answered from Monday 4 January.

Subscribers: if your next delivery is due between 23 December and 3 January, it will be dispatched from 4 January. To make sure you don't run out, bring your next delivery forward to on or before Wednesday 16 December: log in to My Account, select Manage Subscriptions, then Next Charge Date.
